    Iraq exports over 102 million barrels of crude oil in January

    (MENAFN) Over 102 million barrels of crude oil were exported by Iraq in January, increasing the income to more than USD6 billion, as said by Iraq's Oil Ministry.


    According to a statement by the ministry referring to statistics of the State Organization for Marketing of Oil, Iraq's total exports of crude oil in January were more than 102.485 million barrels with an average of 3.3 million barrels for each day and In January, the average selling cost for crude oil was USD60.45 for each barrel.


    The statement said that, about 101 million barrels were exported from Iraq's central and southern oil fields through Basra ports, while about 1.114 million from the northern province of Kirkuk by the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean.


    It added that, Iraq exported 309, 96 barrels of crude oil to Jordan in January.
