    Domestic markets to give Turkish Treasury nearly USD727 million

    (MENAFN) The Treasury and Finance Ministry informed that, on Monday, the Turkish Treasury borrowed about USD727 million from domestic markets.


    The ministry re-released a fixed coupon government bond with a maturity of two years (574 days) and 6.9 percent coupon payment every six months.


    Compound interest was 10.94 percent and simple interest in the tender was 10.65 percent.


    The total tender totaled USD985.4 million, with a 75.7 percent accepted/tendered rate.
