    Turkey: Central Bank's official reserves reach USD107.7 billion

    (MENAFN) According to the Turkish Central Bank, the bank's official reserves reached USD107.7 billion starting from the end of February.


    In comparison with the previous month, total reserve assets climbed 5.1 percent, as February figures showed.


    Foreign currency reserves increased 3.2 percent to USD75.8 billion, while gold reserves climbed 10.5 percent to USD30.4 billion during the same period.


    In January, the bank's official reserves recorded a 2.9 percent drop to USD102.5 billion, with foreign currency reserves decreasing 4.7 percent to USD73.5 billion during the same period.
