    Iran: number of real estate deals drops 52 percent

    (MENAFN) The amount of real estate agreements in Iran has decreased 52 percent in the first month of the recent Iranian calendar year, Farvardin, in comparison with the same month in the previous year.

    The amount of agreements has also dropped 70 percent to 1,250 in the capital city, Tehran, during the mentioned month.

    As said by Hesam Oqbaei, the vice-chairman of Iranian Real Estate Agencies, the amount of real estate agreements in Iran had dropped 70 percent in the last month of the previous Iranian calendar year, Esfand, which was the highest decrease that this sector has experienced over the past three years.
