    Turkey allows restaurants to resume business operations

    Cafes and restuarants have resumed their business operations on Monday in the biggest city of Turkey, Istanbul, as the Turkish government continues to ease coronavirus restrictions.

    Owners of restaurants that are location in the business quarters of Istanbul were eager to resume business operations and server thousands of public workers who also went back to their jobs on Monday.

    Most owners of restaurant halted their operations and closed in the afternoon as the streets would be empty since employees leave their work usually at six p.m.

    A small restaurant owner in Karakoy commerical neighborhood said that "I don't think restaurants will stay open for dinner for a while".

    Restaurants that fall in the tourist areas of the city will remain shut down until global flights resume.
