    Oman's crude oil production upsurges 3.4 percent

    As stated by the latest data issued by the National Centre for Statistics and Information (NCSI), the Sultanate's oil production, with condensates, came into 124,100,900 barrels until the end of April this year.

    Of the total production, crude oil production was up by 3.4 percent at 106,196,900 barrels while condensate production increased by 30.3 percent to reach 17,904,000 barrels.

    The Sultanate reported a daily average crude oil production of 1,025,000 barrels at the end of April 2020, against 970,500 barrels over the same period of the previous year, the NCSI report added.

    In the meantime, the average price of Oman Crude mounted by 0.1 percent to reach 62 U.S. dollars per barrel till the end of April 2020, from 61.9 U.S. dollars per barrel in the same period of 2019.
