    Turkish Cargo offers customers 24/7-(AI) chat-bot service

    (MENAFN) Turkish Cargo, a supplementary of Turkey's flag transporter Turkish Airlines, has launched an artificial intelligence (AI) chat-bot to help clientele to simply find out the status of their freight constantly without disruption or downtime.

    At a press briefing took place Friday, Turkish Cargo declared that the chat-robot, named Cargy, operates through WhatsApp in either Turkish or English.

    The statement also showed that "Cargy will offer the opportunity to inquire about rate details in its second phase in September and will provide other details related to the cargo in its third phase, which will go live in December."

    It further included "Through Cargy you can inquire about the status of all of your cargo shipments at any time and check for flights that meet your requirements."
