Exports of medical herbs awake 120 percent in 4 months yearly
(MENAFN) A senior official at Iran's Trade Promotion Organization (TPO) stated that the worth of the Iranian exports of medical plants in the first four months of the present Iranian agenda year (March 20-July 21) increased by 120 percent contrasted to the same period last year.
ILNA accounted Mahmoud Bazari director-general of TPO's Export Coordination Office for agro crops and processing industry products stated that the exports of the talked about merchandises as well increased by 46 percent in terms of weight in the supposed four months.
The official stated that amid the exported items that have observed enlargement in the talked about period Asafoetida, fennel seeds, coriander seeds and other takes out can be declared, which have been exported to diverse countries like Turkey, India, Pakistan, Iraq and Germany.
Bazari added that Pakistan, Turkey, and Iraq have been the major buyers of Iranian medicinal plants in the talked about phase.
