Iran's economy should not be joined to overseas progresses

(MENAFN) Seyyed Ali Khamenei Leader of the Islamic Revolution Ayatollah has cautioned that the country's economic prospect should not be joined to progresses in other countries, counting the November presidential elections in the United States.

Ayatollah Khamenei stated in video conference statements addressed to the administrative government on August 22 that "The economic planning for the country should not wait for removal of sanctions or the result of elections in another country,".

The United States has obliged a push of one-sided and unlawful sanctions on Iran since it withdrew from a marker global contract on Iran's nuclear program in 2018.

Nevertheless, the sanctions have hardly caused a main catastrophe in Iran as the country has required to branch out the economy away from oil sales, which are a major target of United States sanctions, whereas relying on domestic developed and agriculture to counterbalance the unenthusiastic impacts of the forbids.
