Figure of trading accounts in stock market arrives at 48.5 million
(MENAFN) On Monday August 31 Mehr news agency accounted Finance and Economic Affairs Ministry data released showed that the figure of trading accounts in Iran's stock market has arrived at 48.5 million by the end of the last Iranian agenda month (August 21), whereas the figure was 9.086 million at the end of the same month in the precedent year.
As accounted, the stated figure as well contains the accounts released for trading the "Justice Shares".
Justice Shares are shares of government-owned corporations that were agreed free to the six lowest income groups of the society approximately a decade ago, investors were not permitted to wholesale the shares until May, while supported on a government's plan, and the shares were permitted to be tradable in the stock market.
The investors were given the alternative to moreover straight increase the possession of their shares and sell it in the stock exchange, or let the asset corporations administer their collection as in the past.
