    Turkey's exports strike 12.5 Billion USD in August

    (MENAFN) On Wednesday September 2 the Trade Ministry declared that Turkey's exports entered 12.5 billion USD in August, losing 5.7 percent from the same month last year.

    The ministry's preliminary data illustrated that the country's imports grew 20.6 percent to 18.8 billion USD in the same phase.

    This August, the export-import reporting ratio was 66.4 percent, contrasted to 85 percent in August 2019.

    The foreign trade shortfall bounded 169.7 percent yearly, hitting 6.3 billion USD last month.
