Iran's Power Company rewards domestic subscribers for low electricity consumption
(MENAFN)According to an official with the company, Iran"s Power Generation and Distribution Company (TAVANIR) has awarded domestic subscribers for low electricity consumption with 1.84 trillion rials (about USD43.8 million) of reduction on their electricity bills since the start of this year.
Qolamali Rakhshani-Mehr declared that, previous year the company rewarded well-organized household electricity subscribers with about 1.06 trillion rials (USD25.23 million) value of reduction on their bills.
He further said that, low-consuming electricity subscribers in the industry and agriculture sectors were also awarded with 4.81 trillion rials (USD114.52 million) of discounts on their bills since this year started.
