    Turkish Treasury bill to settle on Wednesday, mature on Nov. 9, 2022

    (MENAFN)An official statement declared that, on Monday, the Turkish Treasury borrowed 8.71 billion Turkish liras (USD1.17 billion) from domestic markets.

    About 3.91 billion Turkish liras (USD530 million) two-year fixed coupon bond - semiannually, third issuance - was sold in the first auction, stated the Treasury and Finance Ministry.

    On Wednesday, the Treasury bill will be completed and mature on Nov. 9, 2022. The total tender reached to 7.6 billion Turkish liras (USD1 billion) with a 51.4 percent accepted value.

    The term value of 672-day government bonds was approved at 7.26 percent, while the yearly simple and compound interest values stood at 14.51 percent and 15.04 percent.
