Saudi Arabia to improve level of homeownership in Kingdom
(MENAFN)Maximiliano Development Management Services (MDMS) architectural and engineering services, joined with the Saudi government on several large projects to improve the level of homeownership in the Kingdom.
The company inaugurated into the real estate industry in 2015, Headquartered in Riyadh, set in the development of inexpensive housing. The government plans to improve homeownership in the Kingdom to 70 percent, from 45 percent in 2017.
Marwa Ahmed Murad, managing director and founder of MDMS, reported to Arab News the progress on some of their recent projects, she stated that “We have completed and launched the designs for the Dar Sumou project in Jeddah, and it is expected that construction work will be completed and the units will be delivered in 2024.”
