Weight of goods traded amid Iran, SCO members stands at 41.747M tons
(MENAFN)According to the spokesman of the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), the worth of trade amid Iran and the members of the Shanghai Cooperation Organization (SCO) stood at USD23.165 billion in the current Iranian year.
According to IRNA, Ruhollah Latifi stated that the weight of goods traded amid the two sides reached over USD41.747 million tons.
The IRICA representative stated that Iran has cross-border trade with 11 key member states and observer states of the Shanghai Agreement, including China, Russia, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Mongolia, Pakistan, India, Afghanistan and Belarus, amid them the largest rate of trade is with China which stands at USD15.518 billion.
He also declared that Iran’s export to the SCO members came into 33.339 million tons worth USD11.173 billion in the stated 11-month period, and stated that the highest amount of export has been to China, which stood at USD6.724 billion, and the lowest was to Mongolia, which reached USD412, 809.
