Digital platform for buying, selling Saudi real estate to launch before end of 2021
(MENAFN)Before the end of this, a digital platform for buying and selling Saudi real estate will be inaugurated, which will reduce errors, as improving fairness, speed, and competence of property transactions.
The platform is similar to a real estate stock market and is free to use because is almost completed and ready to be inaugurated in the September-December period of 2021.
According to supervisor general at the ministry, Ahmed Al-Salman, it is going to grow further in the coming year, to process five times more operations than the current operations on the market.
He further declared that “This wouldn’t contradict real estate brokers, evaluators or whatsoever, as the platform would not cover these services in the meantime.”
