    Turkish economists expect average of 21.8 percent growth annual on 2Q

    (MENAFN) According to an Anadolu Agency survey, Turkey's economy is estimated to increase 21.8 percent annual in the April-June period of 2021.

    On sep.1, the Turkish Statistical Institute (TurkStat) is going to release gross domestic product (GDP) figures for the second quarter of 2021.

    An average of 21.8 percent expansion annual in the second three months was estimated by a group of 16 economists, averaging amid 19 percent and 24 percent.

    In addition, the economists estimated that Turkey's annual GDP in the current year would increase by 8.1 percent on average – the highest at 6.7 percent and the lowest at 9.5 percent.
