    Dubai’s crown prince designates budget of USD49.3b for 2022 to 2024

    (MENAFN) Vice President and Ruler of Dubai, Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid approved the budget of this year to till the next two years of the country that designates Dh181 billion (USD49.28bn) of expenses, involving Dh60bn (USD16.3b) reserved for 2022.

    According to the Dubai Media Office statement on Sunday, the new budget assists the country’s hard work to prop up its large economy and aims of Dubai Strategic Plan 2030.

    The budget demonstrates the "determination to accelerate post-pandemic economic recovery" and attain the larger aim of enhancing entrepreneurship, as well as strengthen Dubai’s rank as a region of opportunities and invention.

    Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed, Crown Prince of Dubai stated, "the Dubai government continues to consolidate the emirate's position as a leading global commercial hub and raise its international competitiveness by creating new growth opportunities for vital sectors."
