Turkey’s Spyke Games collects USD55M of seed funding for mobile games
(MENAFN) Turkish game firms remain to be the center of attention of stockholders, with Spyke Games declaration on Monday that it has obtained a seed funding of USD55 million given by game venture capital company Griffin Gaming Partners.
The investment is going to be implemented for creating casual and social mobile games and expanding the startup team.
The firm has a team of 30 individuals at the moment and is headed by CEO Rina Onur Sirinoglu, who was an associate of Peak Games, which Zynga obtained in June 2020 for USD1.8 billion.
Spyke Games obtained a USD5 million pre-seed funding at a USD25 million valuation from Griffin Gaming Partners in February of last year.
