    Iran’s bank loans to economic sectors record 59.5 percent increase

    (MENAFN) According to IRIB, Iran’s banking system has allocated 20.195 quadrillion rials (more than USD73 billion) worth of services to local economic sectors during the first three quarters of the present Iranian calendar year (March 21-December 21, 2021), recording a 59.5-percent increase in comparison to the corresponding time span of last year.

    Based on the data given by the Central Bank of Iran (CBI), the nation’s banking system designated 12.633 quadrillion rials (around USD45.69 billion) of services to several economic sectors during the past year’s same three quarters.

    As stated, working capital loans designated to various economic sectors during the stated nine months were more than 13.424 quadrillion rials (around USD48.54 billion), making up 66.5 percent of the overall given services.
