    Iran-China exchange hits USD14.8B last year

    (MENAFN) Based on the data released by China’s customs administration, Iran-China non-oil exchange worth amounted at USD14.8 billion during last year.

    Based on Tasnim news agency, both nations exchange worth throughout the months of 2021 dropped by below one percent, compared to the year that precedes it in which the figure was registered to be USD14.9 billion.

    According to the stated data, China's imports from Iran in the previous year soared by over one percent in comparison to the preceding year and hit USD6.5 billion. China had imported commodities valued at USD6.4 billion from Iran in 2020.

    But, China's exports to Iran in January-December of last year plummeted by around two percent to USD8.3 billion from USD8.5 billion in the past year.
