UAE combines efforts with Netherlands to enhance hydrogen energy
(MENAFN) The UAE has combined efforts with the Netherlands to enhance its research and work on hydrogen fuel.
On Monday, Suhail Al Mazrouei, the UAE’s Minister for Energy and Infrastructure, inked an initial deal on hydrogen power with the Netherlands’ Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Co-operation Liesje Schreinemacher at the Expo 2020 location.
According to Mr Al Mazrouei statement, “such partnerships contribute to catalysing the transition towards hydrogen energy and support the two countries' orientation in formulating projects and initiatives to support the Paris Agreement on Climate Change.”
The official also mentioned, it is going to initiate new prospects for expansion and progress, expanding the energy mix, depending on clean energy, constructing actual collaborations and boosting co-operation.
