    Iraq guarantees oil exports of over 3.3 million barrels per day from southern stations

    (MENAFN) According to Iraq's oil minister statement on Friday, the country can guarantee crude oil exports of over 3.3 million barrels for each day from its southern stations, as the nation aims to increase energy costs to help its economy.

    Based on Ihsan Abdul-Jabbar statement to the Iraqi News Agency, the second-biggest manufacturer of oil in Opec, the country is exerting efforts to make the most of its oil exports and profit, and the government is helping these enterprises.

    Mr Abdul-Jabbar stated to INA, “the expected financial returns according to the scenarios presented by international energy agencies and researchers will be in excess of what was approved as the price of a barrel in the budget.”
