    Iran, Oman start special exchange arrangement

    (MENAFN) The chief of Iran-Oman bilateral Chamber of Commerce stated that a special exchange arrangement is going to be established in trade among Iran and Oman.

    Mohsen Zarabi made the comments mentioning the 145 percent expansion in exchange among the two nations in the opening two months of the ongoing Iranian calendar year (March 21-May 21), in comparison to the same period of time in the past year.

    Zarabi has also stated that the exchange among Iran and Oman is anticipated to stand at USD2 billion by the end of the ongoing Iranian calendar year (March 20, 2023).

    He made the comments in the yearly ordinary general assembly of the named chamber that took place at the place of Iran Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines and Agriculture (ICCIMA) on Wednesday, stating that “Considering the upward trend of trade with this country [Oman], it is predicted that by the end of the year, we will record 1.2 billion exports and USD2 billion of trade”.
