    KSA’s non-oil shipment rises 37pct, value reaching USD7.3B in April

    (MENAFN) The General Authority for Statistics also identified as GASTAT, mentioned in a report that Saudi Arabia's non-oil exports rose by 36.6 percent April, against the same month 2021, as the nation remains to expand its economy to reach the aims highlighted in Vision for the decade.

    As mentioned by the report, Saudi Arabia's non-oil exports in the stated month stood at SR27.4 billion (USD7.3 billion), compared to SR20 billion (nearly USD5.3B) in the same month in 2021.

    Non-oil exports in April 2022, however, declined by SR1.5 billion (around USD399.6M) or 5.3 percent when compared to the month before in 2022.

    In April the Kingdom’s merchandise imports rose 11.2 percent annually, to SR55.3 billion (nearly USD14.7B), whereas it dropped 1 percent in comparison to the month before.
