Investors are confident in Qatar’s successful Digital area after impressive mid-year expansion report
(MENAFN) The mid-year expansion report of Qatar Financial Centre (QFC) has shown financier confidence in Qatar’s successful Digital area, however, between the 152 companies listed on the QFC platform throughout the January-June period of the year, 25 percent included digital companies.
The comparatively high percentage of fresh listed digital firms on the platform shows QFC’s concertation on improving the area.
Likewise, finance, additional QFC focus cluster, saw important expansion comprising 16 percent of the overall figure of firms that joined the company throughout the same period.
The half-year expansion record also assures that QFC’s sustained works to boost investment flow into the nation and expand the economy.
A sum of 48 nations were represented by the firms listed with the QFC from 1st of January to 30 June this year, mostly from the Middle East, Asia as well as Europe.
They function in several areas, such as real estate, retail, media, sports, education, health, logistics, as well as energy, besides digital and finance.
