    Iran records USD2.2B value of non-oil products shipments to UAE in 4 months

    (MENAFN) As shown by the data issued by the Islamic Republic of Iran Customs Administration (IRICA), Iran shipped non-oil outputs worth USD2.264 billion to the United Arab Emirates (UAE) in the opening four months of the present Iranian calendar year (March 21-July 22).

    According to the IRICA figures, the UAE was Iran’s third major shipment destination in the four-month span of time.

    Iran has also imported goods valued at with USD4.875 billion from the UAE in the stated months of this year.

    The UAE was Iran’s highest provider of imports in the first four months of this year.

    Rising non-oil shipments to the neighboring nations is one of the main strategies that the Iranian administration has been following in latest years.

    Iran shares land or water borders with 15 nations which are Saudi Arabia, Turkmenistan, Armenia, Kazakhstan, Bahrain, Iraq, Kuwait, Azerbaijan, Oman, Pakistan, Turkey, Russia, Qatar, Armenia, in addition to UAE.
