TASI closes Wednesday’s session with increases
(MENAFN) Saudi share market closed with higher figures on Wednesday after additional firms showed their gains for the first six months of the year.
The Saudi main index, TASI, climbed 0.82 percent to close at 12,431, and the similar market Nomu gained 0.13 percent to close at 22,227.
The Kingdom’s oil giant Saudi Aramco surged 0.13 percent, whereas the nation’s largest lender Saudi National Bank jumped 0.68 percent.
Al-Jouf Agricultural Development Co. fell 0.77 percent, regardless of witnessing its revenue adding 203 percent throughout the first six months of this year to stand at SR22 million (USD6 million).
National Gas and Industrialization Co. saw a decline of 1.04 percent following a 14 percent decrease in net profit to SR105 million (nearly USD29.4 million) throughout the first two quarters of this year.
Filling and Packing Materials Manufacturing Co. surged 1.52 percent, after its board offered a SR115 million (nearly USD31 million) capital raise over rights issues.
