    Ankara, Kyiv ink memorandum on rebuilding of Ukrainian infrastructure

    (MENAFN) Türkiye and Ukraine on Thursday inked a memorandum on the rebuilding of Ukrainian infrastructure destroyed as a result of the current conflict with Russia.

    The agreement was inked by Turkish Trade Minister Mehmet Mus and Ukrainian Infrastructure Minister Oleksandr Kubrakov in Ukrainian city of Lviv, following bilateral discussions between Turkish Leader Recep Tayyip Erdogan and Ukrainian fellow Volodymyr Zelenskyy.

    "The agreement provides for the participation of the Turkish side in the reconstruction process of Ukraine," the Ukrainian Infrastructure Ministry went on to state.

    The ministry added that a mutual working group will be created to attract Turkish investments, and improve specific projects for collaboration.

    "Turkish business and government structures will be able to develop specific reconstruction projects, as well as provide consulting and technical assistance," it also read.
