    TASI closes Sunday’s session with higher figures

    (MENAFN) The Saudi share market closed the first exchange session of the week in green territory, as financiers estimated the effect of oil price variations on the index.

    The Tadawul All Share Index rose 0.43 percent to end Sunday at 12,194, whereas the similar Nomu surged 1.47 percent to close at 21,640.

    The National Co. for Glass Industries earned 5.69 percent to top the earners, whereas Alinma Tokio Marine Co. dropped 4.48 percent to top the decliners.

    Saudi oil giant Aramco closed the day with a 1.48 percent surge, whereas Rabigh Refining and Petrochemical Co. closed with a 0.58 percent decrease.

    The Saudi National Bank, the nation’s largest lender and a main market player, witnessed its stock price jump by 0.15 percent.

    Alinma Bank dropped 0.4 percent, whereas Al Rajhi, the Nation’s biggest valued bank, fell 0.45 percent.

    Arabian Contracting Services Co. earned 0.55 percent, following its board offered a SR1.9 (USD0.8) dividend a share for the first six months of this year.
