    Turkey’s Borsa Istanbul records all-time high at Monday’s close

    (MENAFN) Turkey’s main share index closed Monday at an all-time high of 3,358.37 points, surging 4.21 percent from last week's end.

    Opening the week at 3,254.38 points, Borsa Istanbul's BIST 100 index earned 135.63 points from the prior end.

    The index's worst value throughout the day stood at 3,247.88, whereas its day-to-day peak reached 3,367.31.

    The entire market worth of the BIST 100 was around 2.7 trillion Turkish liras (USD147.6 billion) by market end, with a day-to-day exchange capacity of 104.93 billion Turkish liras (USD5.75 billion).

    Throughout the day, 85 shares on the index surged, 14 dropped, and one was unaffected in comparison with the prior end.

    International main Brent crude exchanged at USD95.08 a barrel at 09.13 AM regional time (0613 GMT) for a 2.21 percent earn from the ending price of USD93.02 per barrel in the prior trading session.

    American main West Texas Intermediate (WTI) stood at USD88.56 a barrel at the same time for a 1.94 percent surge following the prior session ended at USD86.87 per barrel.
