Borsa Istanbul ends Friday with increases
(MENAFN) Turkey’s main share index closed Friday with earns, increasing 1.05 percent or 33.10 points to stand at 3,179.99 points.
The overall market value of the BIST 100 was nearly 2.5 trillion Turkish liras (USD137 billion) by end, with a day to day exchange volume of 46.9 billion Turkish liras (USD2.5 billion).
One ounce of gold exchanged at USD1,653.00 by market end, as shown by figures from Borsa Istanbul's Precious Metals and Diamond Markets.
Oil costs surged around 1 percent throughout the week closing Sept. 30 because of climbing supply-side worries triggered by the Russia-Ukraine conflict and expected supply reduction by OPEC+ creators.
International benchmark Brent crude exchanged at USD86.13 a barrel for a 0.69 percent surge from the starting price on Monday of USD85.54 per barrel.
American benchmark West Texas Intermediate (WTI), selling at USD80.19 a barrel at the same time, witnessed a 1.21 percent surge after the prior session ended at USD79.23 per barrel.
