Saudi finance minister assures Gulf continue growing, other nations faces harsh 6 months

(MENAFN) The next 6 months are going to be harsh on all countries across the world, as financial obstacles including high-interest rates as well as inflation continue in nearly all nations, as said in cautioning by Saudi Arabia’s Finance Minister Mohammed Al-Jadaan.

While giving a speech at the Future Investment Initiative meeting in the capital of Saudi Arabia on the 26th of October, the minister stated that the Gulf area is going to remain steady despite these financial challenges, also noting that that the nation is going to help more neighboring nations dealing with headwinds throughout these harsh times.

“The region is largely split into two areas. One is the Gulf region, and for them, the next six months, and possibly the next six years, will be very good. The wider region is going to be very difficult, and it is our role to help that wider region,” said Al-Jadaan, adding: “Worldwide, I think, we need to work to ensure that there is more collaboration and cooperation to bring about stability, and that is what we are doing.”
