    Saudi Arabia, Finland meet to establish new exchange body

    (MENAFN) Saudi Arabia and Finland have accepted to establish an additional two-sided association to grow the SR1.9 billion (USD510 million) exchange tie among the two nations.

    Officials from the Federation of Saudi Chambers and the Finnish Chamber of Commerce inked a memorandum of understanding in the capital of Finland to create a mutual Saudi-Finnish Business Council.

    The established body is going to concentrate on improving additional fields of financial collaboration and encouraging associations among the Saudi and Finnish business fields, along with the Saudi Press Agency.

    The Federation also inked a memorandum of understanding with the governmental association "Business Finland", which is going to witness a concentration on investing and growing exchange as well as trade among both nations— mainly in the field of technology, digitalization, energy, circular economy, mining, transport as well as logistics services, health care and water.

    In line with the deals, a delegation of 27 officials of Saudi firms hosted intensive meeting and negotiations with the Finnish business field to additionally improve cooperation and exchanging agreements.
