Financial expert estimates Qatari shares to surge in Q4
(MENAFN) Economic expert Ahmed Aql stated on yesterday that he forecasts the performance of Qatari shares to surge in the October-December period of this year, triggered by estimate financial rise of 5.2 percent and economic exceed.
Aql informed Qatar News Agency (QNA) asserting that the recession danger approaching over several worldwide economies is nowhere to be found in Qatar, something that need to expand the nation’s share performance, in spite of the effect of increasing interest rates on hot money that leaves fiscal markets when rates hike.
He pointed out that a 4-5 percent rate is a real challenge on equities, as they hike the needed return on equities. He pointed out that the market requires massive incomes and dividends, but sustained that this was hard given many firms are going to want to reinvest their profits for the long-term.
He also informed QNA that the move towards away from equities worldwide and the increase of cash in brokerage accounts does have an effect on Qatari shares, given it impact sentiment of equity financers all across the world.
