    Al Nakheel inks second stage agreement for tourism venture in Oman

    (MENAFN) Oman-located Al Nakheel has signed a second stage agreement with the National Company for Construction Works to improve roads as well as infrastructure of the USD650 million Al Nakheel Integrated Tourism Complex.

    The Al Nakheel Combined Tourism Complex is extent more than 500,000 sq. m in Al Rumais in the wilayat of Barka, Oman, as well as is presently being improved by Alargan Towell Investment Co..

    The deal was inked by Mohammed Moosa Al Abri, chief executive of Al Nakheel, in addition to Wissam Al Aani, Executive Officials of NCCW.

    Al Nakheel Integrated Tourism Complex is a project by Oman to reinforce the tourism industry in the country, along with the administration Vision 2040.

    One of the main priority attractions of this tourism venture is an exclusive water body called Crystal Lagoon covering a field of 51,000 sq. m.

    “The signing reflects our commitment to develop the Al Nakheel project and to present new concepts to buyers, investors and tourists, citizens and residents, to support the Government’s endeavors toward achieving Oman Vision 2040,” according to Al Abri.
