Hadaf helps 400,000 Saudis to get jobs during last year
(MENAFN) Saudi Arabia’s Human Resources Development Fund, also recognized as Hadaf, supported 400,000 Saudis to get employed in the private industry during last year vie its numerous program and initiatives, as reported by the Saudi Press Agency.
The report recited that the investment’s Director General Turki Al-Jawini as stating that a minimum of 1.49 million Saudis benefitted from training, empowerment as well as guidance plans and services supplied by Hadaf in 2022.
HADAF operates many initiatives such as training programs to motivate employability between Saudis whereas backing institutions in many actions, industries and professions, as the nation follows its localization targets underlined in Vision 2030.
These plans involve Tamheer, an on-the-job training program; the 9/10ths startup accelerator, which supplies early-stage mentorship and funding; Wusool, which supports women’s contribution in the office via supported transportation; the child support program Qurrah; on top of additional initiatives to localize industries in the labor market.
