    Commercial Bank of Qatar announces 22 percent surge in 2022’s net profit

    (MENAFN) The Commercial Bank of Qatar declared that it has witnessed a massive rise of 22 percent in 2022 in contrast with the year before.

    Throughout its economic year declaration hosted yesterday at the Commercial Bank Plaza, Joseph Abraham, Group chief executive, Rehan Khan, Chief Financial Officer voiced to the media and was ruled by Hussein Al Abdulla, head Marketing Officer as they mentioned in a report that the net income for last year reached in amount of QR2,811.1m, whereas the year before recorded a net income of QR2,304.3m.

    Sheikh Abdulla bin Ali bin Jabor Al Thani, head of the Board of Directors of Com-mercial Bank, stated that “Our robust financial and operational per-formance for the year 2022 reflects our clear strategy and the Qatari economy’s growth over the last year.

    Adding, “2022 will be remembered for the successful execution of the 2022 FIFA World Cup, proving Qatar’s ability to execute flawlessly world events and draw a global audience, reinforcing its efforts to serve as an international destination for tourism, com-merce, sports, and culture.”
