LinkedIn data: Saudi Millennials display greater ambition toward career growth than Gen Z

(MENAFN) Nearly 66 percent of Saudi staff are bearing in mind a change in the career as of this year as they look for a greater salary, a better work-life balance, as well as feel confident in their capability to land higher positions, as shown by a survey by networking company LinkedIn.

In spite of employment levels decelerating in the Middle East last year on a yearly basis, LinkedIn’s research has indicated that 68 percent of the Saudi workforce are positive around securing a fresh job.

The expansion appetite for changing employers is peakiest between millennials, who display nearly 15 percent more confidence in job explore, interviewing as well as in their abilities to obtain new and better jobs this year than their younger co-workers.

This is credited to the aspect that nearly 80 percent of the millennial age group – mainly those born among 1980 and 1995 – express a shortage of investment from their boss, as well as feeling unappreciated, uninterested, and poorly paid.
