Saudi Musaned plan raises amount of female drivers as part of its recruitment plan
(MENAFN) In an action to back the expanding role of women in the national economy, Saudi Arabia has involved private female drivers as part of its more than 10 additional professions under the Musaned recruitment plan.
This is being done as part of Vision 2030 which considers Saudi women a vital role of the nation’s reinforces. The national vision goals to improve their talents, use their energies, as well as supply them with the right prospects to establish their futures, constituting to the improvement of society.
The stake of women working in Saudi Arabia climbed from 21 percent to reach 35 percent since 2018 on the back of the nation’s attempts to grow contribution in the labor market. The numbers were issued last month by Saudi Human Rights Commission President Hala Al-Tuwaijri at the 52nd session of the UN’s Human Rights Council.
This initiate as Saudi Arabia looks to broaden the scope of its local labor force by bringing numerous additional professions including personal care workforces, home guards, private teachers, home tailors, home managers, home farmers as well as home coffee makers under its recruitment platform.
