    Turkey's electricity prices for today

    (MENAFN) Official figures showed that, in the day-ahead spot market for Thursday, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour will be 343.94 Turkish liras at 17:00 local time, and the minimum will be 225.42 liras at 04:00 local time.


    A raise of 0.31 percent to 161.57 million liras in comparison with Tuesday was shown on Wednesday by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume.


    For the day-ahead spot market, the arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity is calculated as 317.63 liras and 321.64 liras, respectively.


    On Wednesday, the maximum electricity price on the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour was set as 343.93 liras at 11:00 local time, and the minimum was 248.40 liras at 04:00 local time.
