Commercial representation deal signed between SIECO, PrimeGate
(MENAFN) According to a statement by Saudi Industrial Export Co. (SIECO), the company signed an exclusive commercial representation deal with PrimeGate for Communications and IT (a closed joint stock).
SIECO will completely represent Prime Gate in Iraq, Jordan, Sudan, Egypt, GCC region and North Africa, as said in the deal that will last for 5 years.
The deal's duration will end on January 14, 2025.
The statement also said that, by end of 2020, the related financial statement will be revealed.
