    Electricity prices in Turkey for today

    (MENAFN) Official figures showed that, in the day-ahead spot market for Tuesday, the maximum electricity rate for one-megawatt hour will be 343.23 Turkish liras at 19:00 local time, and the minimum will be 219.99 liras at 04:00 local time.


    A rise of 0.31 percent to 148.34 million liras in comparison with Sunday was shown on Monday by Turkey's Energy Exchange Istanbul (EXIST) data for the electricity market's trade volume.


    For the day-ahead spot market, the arithmetical and weighted average cost of electricity is calculated respectively as 307.29 liras and 309.92 liras.


    On the day-ahead spot market for one-megawatt hour on Monday, the maximum electricity cost was set as 344.07 liras at 19:00 local time, and the minimum will be 219.99 liras at 03:00 and 04:00 local times.
