    Iraq exports over 98 million barrels of crude oil

    (MENAFN) In February, Iraq exported over 98 million barrels of crude oil making profits of more than USD5 billion, as it said.


    As said in a statement by Iraqi Oil Ministry, Iraq's total exports of crude oil during the month were over 98.347 million barrels, with an average of 3.39 million barrels for each day.


    The statement said that, in February, the average selling cost for crude oil was USD51.37 for each barrel.


    It added that, about 95.805 million barrels were exported from Iraq's central and southern oil fields through Iraq's Basra port, while about 1.765 million from the northern province of Kirkuk via the Turkish port of Ceyhan on the Mediterranean.
