    Value of shares by non-Jordanian investors at ASE presents 14.1 percent of trading value

    (MENAFN) Since the start of 2020 until the end of February, non-Jordanian investors made a worth of shares that were bought to the Amman Stock Exchange (ASE) in 2020 that reached JD 33.1 million, 14.1 percent of whole trading worth.


    The worth of shares sold by non-Jordanian investors totaled JD 63.9 million, representing a negative worth of JD 30.8 million, while for the same period of 2019, net non-Jordanian investments showed a negative worth of JD 1.7 million, as official figures showed.


    Non-Jordanian investors bought a JD 13.7 million worth of shares at the ASE in February 2020, which was 10.9 percent of the whole trading worth.


    The worth of shares sold by them totaled JD 40.8 million, representing a negative worth of JD 27.1 million, while net non-Jordanian investments presented a negative worth of JD 1.9 million in the same month of the last year.
