    Saudi Aramco records fall in net income down to USD88.2 billion in 2019

    (MENAFN) As said in Saudi Aramco's full-year financial results statement, in 2019, Saudi Aramco made a decline in net profit to USD88.2 billion.


    However, this level makes a 20.6 percent yearly drop as Aramco's net profit totaled USD111.1 billion in 2018.


    According to the statement, "the decrease was primarily due to lower crude oil prices and production volumes."


    Official data showed that, the price of international benchmark Brent crude fell by 9.6 percent yearly, averaging from USD71.19 a barrel on average in 2018 to USD64.37 for each barrel in 2019.
