    Lebanon: cabinet to increase wages for employees at RHUH

    (MENAFN) The cabinet will upturn wages for employees at Rafic Hariri University Hospital (RHUH), which is where they battle against coronavirus, according to Lebanon's Prime Minister Hassan Diab.


    Diab said after his tour at the medical center to follow up developments connected to coronavirus that, "the wage hikes will start to be applied by the end of this month."


    Employees at the hospital protested against their unpaid salaries and late wage raises as regardless of the outbreak of coronavirus.


    The cabinet will give employees their salaries raises but the payment of salaries is the hospital's responsibility, as said by Diab.
