Over 513,000 tons of commodities trade at Iran Mercantile Exchange
(MENAFN) More than 513,000 tons of commodities worth more than USD595 million were trade at Iran Mercantile Exchange (IME) during the previous Iranian calendar week.
Last week, on the local and export metal and mineral trading floor of IME, 146,888 tons of different products value about USD261 million were traded, as said in a report by IME's International Affairs and Public Relations Department.
On this trading floor, 134,888 tons of steel, 4,730 tons of copper, 5,980 tons of aluminum, 150 tons of molybdenum concentrates, 1,000 tons of coke, 140 tons of zinc ingot in addition to 16 kg of gold bullion were traded by customers.
On local and export oil and petrochemical trading floors of IME, 351,499 tons of several commodities with the total worth of USD345 million were traded, as said in the report.
