    Turkey intends to give priority to groceries, healthcare investments

    (MENAFN) On Tuesday, the Turkish trade minister announced that the coming timespan in the country will witness serious consideration to investments that related to groceries, health and digitalization of healthcare which will make the medicine more precise.

    Reporters cited the minister, Ruhsar Pekcan, as saying at an online conference held with the Union of Chambers and Commodity Exchanges of Turkey (TOBB) that "Investments in the field of digitalization and technology are as important as food for both Turkey and the world."

    Pekcan remembered that the Ministry introduced global trading channels and interactive marketing strategies, such as global trade envoys, trade shows and e-markets in the middle of the coronavirus outbreak.

    She further included that ''We start with chemical industry, then we will carry out our trade delegations with the US, Mexico, Poland in the non-ferrous metals, household goods and plastics sectors."
