Moody adjusts credit rating forecast for Kuwait Gulf Bank

(MENAFN) According to a report by Moody's Investors Service, Gulf Bank's long-term deposits were assessed at the "A3" level and short-term deposit performance values at "P-2".

On Sunday, a bourse release revealed that the assessment organization has adjusted the bank's prospects to 'Stable' from 'Positive.'

Moody's credit scores were supported by the very high probability that the bank would obtain government funding, combined with its capacity to produce simple earnings on a consistent basis.

Comfortable liquidity and stable funding also continue to boost the bank's independent credit profile.
